You and your staff at Europa did a fabulous job for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner last friday. All went very smoothly, the food was fantastic and I really believe that everyone there had a great time. Please extend my sincere thanks to everyone who helped make this such a special event.

I've been meaning to email you after a recent dinner visit to Europa. I was ther with Renee, my significant other, who has breast cancer and has a very specific diet she follows-instead of conventional treatments. Your selection of whole grains and gluten free crusts and pastas were so appreciated. I've been eating whole grains more as well and am enjoying all the new quality products available. We will definitely put the good word out and be back, as you are one of the only restaurants who have the options for Renee.
I also wanted to let you know how wonderful your staff is. They were all high energy, warm, engaging, and had a great synthesis-worked well as a team. Erika, Jessica, Dawn and our server (long brown hair) were very accommodating. You are lucky to have them for your crew.

My wife and I only make it to Spokane a couple of times a year on business for the University of Montana or the Northwest Career Educators and Employers Association (NCEEA). Generally, our trips last two to four nights, and I am delighted to say we ate all our evening meals at Europa.
We absolutely love your food, and the service is always top-notch. Your employees go out of their way to make us feel special. We regularly recommend your restaurant to friends and colleagues.
During the past weekend, we ate at Europa three nights in a row. Danielle waited on us all three nights (we requested her after our experience the first night). She did a fantastic job, was very knowledgeable about the menu items as well as other activities in the Spokane area, and was extremely pleasant. On a previous trip to Spokane ealier this year, Dawn was our server most nights and did agreat job as well.
